Most standard repairs, such as screen replacements or battery swaps, are completed within 30 to 60 minutes if you drop in to one of our stores. Complex repairs may take slightly longer, but our team will always give you an accurate timeframe.
No appointment is necessary! You are welcome to walk into either our West Kirby or Liverpool location at any time during opening hours. However, booking ahead using the form above ensures we have the specific parts ready for your device.
If possible, please back up your data (photos, contacts, etc.) to iCloud or Google Drive. While data loss during hardware repairs is extremely rare, a backup gives you complete peace of mind.
We primarily operate as a local drop-in repair service to ensure the fastest turnaround times for our community. If you are unable to travel to us, please send us a message and we can discuss potential arrangements.
